WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS?
Orders will be packaged and shipped within 48 hours from order placed.
Shipping is organized via Australia Post and is calculated based on the weight of your order. All shipping options also include tracking so you can track your parcel :)
Please see below for Australia Post's current delivery times:
Standard Shipping: Please allow up to 10 business days
Express Shipping: Please allow up to 4 business days
PICK UP option: If you live local and want to skip the shipping fees, pick up can be made from Diamond Creek VIC 3089.
Please allow 24 hours from placing order before pick up is available. You will receive an email after placing order to organize a pick up time.
Please note we are currently unable to deliver internationally.
HOW DO THE 'CUSTOM ORDER' LISTINGS WORK?
Some items are available for custom orders. Example: If you love the stools but want a design thats on another item, you can purchase the Custom Listing and put the details in the notes section of what you are after. If you want to talk about a totally different idea or design, please email or reach out through the contact us page to discuss first

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns on faulty items. Items are thoroughly checked for major faults before shipping. The katie collective cannot be held responsible for any items damaged or lost whilst in transit by Australia Post.
Return must be organized at the customer's expense within 10 days from receiving item.
Upon receiving your return the Katie Collective will issue a refund using the same payment method you used when you placed the order.
Please note that the following items are non refundable for food/personal hygiene reasons: Serving Boards, Canisters, Coasters, Salad Servers, Wooden Spoons, Cake Stands & Earrings.
